Who can become a Fellow?
You must be a member of the PSA for 12 months including at Professional level for 6 months, your subscriptions must be paid up to date, and you should have no PSA or GSF sanctions against you. Also, you must have had at least 5 paid speaking/training clients in the past 2 years.
What are the quality criteria?
Two Fellows (your sponsors) should observe you speaking/training live or on video for at least 20 minutes. You also need to submit at least 5 testimonials from the past 4 years where you’ve spoken to an audience of 3 people or more, and prove you’ve done at least 20 hours’ CPD over the past 2 years.
What are the financial criteria?
You need to earn at least £50,000 net from speaking or speaking-related activities in 2 of the last 4 years and accrue 20 points, or £25,000 net and accrue 40 points.
How do I get points?
You earn points from attending PSA regional, virtual and national and meetings, mentoring PSA members (unpaid), growing the membership, and serving at regional or national level.
Is there a cost?
It costs £100 to apply (non-refundable). Fellow-level membership is £325 per year.
Is there a deadline?
Applications can be submitted anytime, ready for review. New Fellows will be welcomed on stage in April and October each year.
