Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) – March 2025

This is the formal notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which is taking place on Monday, 10th March 2025, starting at 7pm (GMT). We aim to finish by 8pm and this meeting will take place online on Zoom.
The purpose of this EGM is to sign off on the Accounts to 30th June 2024 which we were not able to do at the AGM back in October 24, and to agree the future budget.
The accounts have now been scrutinised by our Scrutineers Will Kintish and Derek Cheshire and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them sincerely for the work that they put into that difficult task.
The agenda will be sent to you via email and also posted on the PSA website 14 days before the meeting (by 24th February 2025).
This formal notice is being distributed via email, and it will also be available on our website at thepsa.co.uk.
Every fully paid up member is entitled to attend and vote at the EGM. There is no charge for attending. Please make sure that you register in advance.
If you have any reports or resolutions to present, they must be received by the Board Secretariat at [email protected] no later than Friday 21st February 2025, ahead of the EGM. This advance notice will give us time to organise and finalise the agenda. The details of this process can be found on the booking link above.
Your active participation in the EGM is invaluable. It offers you the opportunity to stay informed about the progress made by the Board and the PSA over the past few months. It also contributes to shaping our future plans for 2025 and beyond.
