As part of the ongoing development of the PSA Foundation as a separate Limited Company, we recently conducted a recruitment process for two Joint Chair roles: one focused on Pastoral Care, and one on Fundraising & Development.
Following interviews and board discussion, we are delighted to recommend Aoife Gaffney for the position of Foundation Chair – Pastoral Lead, commencing January 2026.
Aoife brings valuable experience to this role, having served as Regional President for PSA Ireland and with a strong background in financial coaching, mentoring, and pastoral support. She has a calm, practical presence and a clear understanding of the PSA community, making her a fantastic fit for this next chapter of Foundation leadership.
