Keynote speakers
Grace was thrust into the dementia world as a teenager not knowing how best to support both her Nan’s through dementia. she learnt very quickly that she could deal with the dementia, but struggled with everyone else’s response, the tutting and the eye rolling. She has now worked for over a decade supporting people to understand dementia better, from Admiral nurses to GPs and everyone in-between.
Grace has a BBC dementia podcast, Dementia and Me, and just hopes to change the world just a little bit, to make it possible to support people to live with dementia not just exist.
