PSA Virtual May 2026: Reinvention, Disruption & Thriving in the AI Age

About this event

May’s PSA Virtual Region session tackles one of the biggest challenges facing speakers, small business owners, and leaders right now: How do you stay relevant, resilient, and in demand in a world changing at speed?

This is not about chasing shiny tools or jumping on trends. It’s about reinvention — the thinking, positioning, and adaptability required to thrive in the AI age and beyond.

With two powerful speakers approaching the topic from very different angles, this session combines big picture provocation with practical, usable frameworks you can apply immediately to your speaking business.

Randy Gage: Reinventing Your Practice for the AI Age

If you’re looking for a safe, predictable motivational talk, this isn’t it.

Randy Gage is known for walking on stage and dismantling limiting beliefs, confronting uncomfortable truths, and challenging audiences to rethink the stories they’ve been telling themselves about success, value, and possibility.

In this headline session, Randy explores what reinvention really means in the AI age — not just technologically, but strategically and personally. This is about upgrading how you think, position yourself, and create value in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

You’ll gain:

  • A clearer view of how AI and disruption are reshaping business and speaking
  • Insight into what genuinely needs reinventing — and what doesn’t
  • A sharper perspective on relevance, opportunity, and long term growth

Expect raw insights, direct challenge, and breakthrough clarity.

Derek Cheshire: Disruption Isn’t a Threat, It’s an Upgrade

While Randy challenges thinking at a strategic level, Derek brings reinvention firmly into the practical, day to day reality of running a speaking or small business.

In this engaging keynote, Derek introduces Chameleonomics — a simple, powerful framework built around five pillars: Awareness, Agility, Experimentation, Resilience, and Relevance.
The message is clear: disruption isn’t something to survive — it’s something to use.

This session shows how adaptability becomes a learnable skill, not a vague ambition, and how small, consistent experiments can drive growth without huge risk or resource.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A new way to see disruption as opportunity rather than threat
  • Practical ideas for experimenting and adapting without overwhelm
  • Proof that adaptability is a skill any business can build, regardless of size or budget
  • The chance to assess your own adaptability and learn from real speaker examples

This session is grounded, practical, and immediately useful.
