Keynote speakers
Charlie Hart is a neurodiversity inclusion speaker with a 20-year career in HR Analytics. She is also a popular social media neurodiversity influencer under the name Ausome Charlie. Charlie is Autistic, ADHD, bisexual, and gender non-conforming, and her talks centre her neurodivergent lived experience and insights, underpinned with expertise in HR and inclusion best practice, and delivered with authentic quirkiness and humour. Charlie is an Associate Member of the CIPD, and a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association (MPSA).
The East Midlands Professional Speaker of the Year, Mark Saxby, is far more than ‘another social media expert’. A former award-winning BBC and ITV journalist, he went on to establish one of the UK’s first specialist social media agencies in 2011. Since then, Mark and his clients have generated more than £20.6 million in sales through social media.
Mark believes true success doesn’t come from simply knowing how the platforms work – it comes from knowing how to win over the people who use them.
He is also the founder of the Positive Social charity, which helps young people take back control of their lives from social media.
