Vincent is a dynamic speaker and expert in goal-setting and personal development, known for his practical, no-nonsense approach to achieving success. With a talent for breaking down complex ideas into actionable steps, Vincent empowers individuals to set clear goals, eliminate overwhelm, and take decisive action toward their dreams. He is a property investor, serial entrepreneur and founder of the Action Taker Summit.

Lynn Mead - Regional President - Thames Valley

Lynn is a dynamic, supportive and engaging coach, trainer and professional speaker … and a complete horse nut! She has ridden since age 15 and loves Eventing and jumping. She has 2 horses – Lilly and Spotty Botty. She believes most of her skills in the workplace come from her sports of gymnastics (as a child) and Eventing.

Lynn is a Fellow of CIPFA (Chartered Public Finance Accountant – to pay for the ponies!) with a long background in the public sector, particularly Local Government. An experienced management consultant, she pivoted her career in 2019 retraining as a coach, NLP Practitioner and DISC behaviour profiling.

She set up her business, Dynamic Focus Limited, in 2022 jumping in full-time in Jan 2023. She loves variety and trying new approaches so is regularly in the stretch zone! She started professional speaking in Feb 2024 and loves the PSA community – she found her tribe in Thames Valley PSA in Sept 2024.

Lynn loves helping leaders (finance professionals, military and elite athletes) unlock their potential and recognise their brilliant selves so they can further build their confidence, thrive and grow.
