Join us for our November PSA South East Regional Event for another evening of insight, practical learning, inspiration and connection — with two brilliant keynote speakers, an exciting panel discussion, a member showcase and all the usual PSA South East fun.
Charlie Hart – Inclusive Speaking for all Kinds of Minds
Our first keynote speaker, Charlie Hart — also known as Ausome Charlie — will explore how we can make our speaking more inclusive and accessible for neurodivergent audiences.
In Inclusive Speaking for all Kinds of Minds, Charlie will introduce the concepts of neurodiversity and neurodivergence, candidly sharing her own lived experience of being late-identified as autistic and ADHD.
Drawing on both that lived experience and her professional background in HR and HR Analytics, Charlie will share practical neuroinclusion tips that speakers can use when designing and delivering their talks.
You’ll leave with ideas you can put into practice to help make your presentations more inclusive, accessible and engaging — so that what you have to say can connect with all kinds of minds.
Charlie is a Professional Member of the PSA, Deputy Lead of the PSA Neurodiversity Community and a professional speaker specialising in neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace.

As well as our two keynote speakers, we’ll have an exciting panel discussion, bringing together different voices, experiences and perspectives for what promises to be a fascinating conversation.
We’ll also have one of our member showcases, giving another PSA South East member the opportunity to take to the stage and share their work with the region.
And, of course, it wouldn’t .be a PSA South East event without plenty of opportunities to connect with each other.

Keynote speakers
Charlie Hart is a neurodiversity inclusion speaker with a 20-year career in HR Analytics. She is also a popular social media neurodiversity influencer under the name Ausome Charlie. Charlie is Autistic, ADHD, bisexual, and gender non-conforming, and her talks centre her neurodivergent lived experience and insights, underpinned with expertise in HR and inclusion best practice, and delivered with authentic quirkiness and humour. Charlie is an Associate Member of the CIPD, and a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association (MPSA).
Beth Thomas is a recognised neurodiversity specialist, speaker, and consultant. Late-diagnosed herself, Beth combines lived experience with professional expertise to help organisations move beyond performative inclusion and build environments where people can thrive authentically.
After experiencing burnout within systems not designed for neurodivergent minds, Beth’s work focuses on sustainable inclusion, psychological safety, and neuro-inclusive leadership. She has supported hundreds of individuals through transformational change and now partners with leaders, teams, and organisations through coaching, consulting, and keynote speaking to unlock both human and organisational potential.
