Pascal Fintoni’s 30-year career path reflects the rise of digital marketing itself. His journey began in the mid-1990s, working for a well-known holiday company where he honed his skills in multi-media marketing using the then-nascent Internet.
Today, Pascal divides his time between public speaking engagements and hosting podcast series, where he captivates audiences by weaving in his passion for filmmaking and popular culture.
His ability to translate complex digital concepts, including AI, into practical marketing advice has earned him a loyal following among business owners and leadership teams.
Last year, Pascal celebrating three decades in the world of digital with the launch of The Film Marketing Academy programme and his first book “WebProud” the 5-Step Roadmap to Feeling Proud of your Website Again!
Nevil is the founding director of New Results, a business that helps organisations and professionals develop and grow.

Nevil was involved in launching two of the UK’s most familiar brands in Dyson and BlackBerry. He has worked as part of FTSE100 companies management teams for over a decade and in sales for 30 years.
