About this event
We have two and a half keynotes for you this month!
We’re opening up with an interactive keynote from Ashley Scotland called “The Kaleidoscope Effect”. Ashely is an award winning CEO and lived experience leader who’ll show us how the “broken fragments” of our experiences can transform into insight, empathy and stronger leadership.
Drawing on a decade of leading diverse and trauma impacted teams, Ashley provides actionable tools, reflective exercises and practical insights to help leaders build psychologically safe, authentic workplaces and enhance their leadership at every level.
PSA North East’s very own Simon Raybould will be sharing some of his experience of 20 years on the road as jobbing speaker. It’s the kind of techniques that’s got him two consecutive standing ovations at national conferences and marks him out as one of the country’s leading presentations trainers.
After a short break, Heather Offord joins us for “Understanding Yourself: The Foundation of Business Growth” to help us explore how we get in our own ways as business owners (speakers or not!).
We take a hands-on look at the unconscious biases you carry, the excuses that quietly hold you back, and the motivations that drive your decisions. You will explore your personal why, your patterns of behaviour, and the traits that make you who you are unapologetically.
This is not theory. It is reflective, honest and grounded in real business life. You will gain clarity on how your mindset, beliefs and habits influence your leadership style, decision making, confidence and career direction.
By the end of the session, you will better understand what supports your growth, what limits it, and how greater self awareness can unlock more intentional and sustainable progress in your business or leadership role.
