Nathan Littleton

Nathan is a marketer, speaker and author with over 20 years experience. He specialises in helping businesses to grow by attracting and winning more customers. Each year he sends more than a million emails on behalf of his clients, and his proven track record has led to him working with leading brands including Microsoft, Virgin Care, and the BBC.

Nathan has been honoured with the Professional Speaking Award of Excellence (PSAE) and inducted into the PSA’s Hall of Fame, a distinction shared by around 30 speakers in the UK.

When he’s not speaking, writing, or sending emails, Nathan is a long-suffering Aston Villa fan, stand-up comedy fanatic and proud geek.

Carol Benton - Speaker Competitions Co-ordinator

Carol Benton is a business communication speaker and consultant. She helps organisations to win more business through effective communication.

With over 30 years in the tech sector, Carol has held executive positions at IBM and Toshiba, spearheaded sales strategies, and sold IT solutions to major financial, retail and public sector organisations in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Through these experiences, she saw first hand the importance of having the right message the customer’s own language, igniting her passion to transform how organisations convey their business value.

She used these insights to develop her signature ‘Connect, Convince, Convert’ methodology and best- selling book.

Today Carol is going to share with us some of her insights and tips, in her speech – From ‘What’ to ‘So What’.
