At our PSA Ireland’s October event, we’re exploring the tensions at the heart of great speaking, and marking a special moment for our community.
Denise Fay will take to the stage for her first keynote since becoming President of the PSA UK & Ireland. It’s a milestone for our association, and we’d love you to be in the room for it.
Andy Green joins her with a keynote that asks the question every speaker wrestles with, sooner or later.
“What if great speakers are full of contradictions?” Because the best speakers don’t choose between opposites. They learn to hold both.

We’ll have a Showcase talk from a PSA member, followed by constructive feedback to help develop and strengthen the talk. Speaker to be announced soon.

Keynote speakers
Denise Fay is a marketing mentor, speaker and author who helps coaches, consultants and service providers get more clients, more community members and more visibility.
In her role as Marketing Director, Denise uses marketing strategies and tactics to attract and retain more members to the PSA, build on the community across the regions and grow the visibility of the PSA.
When she’s not talking or writing about marketing, she’s often out running the roads of Co Louth, Ireland, training for her next marathon.
Andy Green is an award-winning international speaker, TEDx speaker and leadership strategist, PSA Emerging Speaker of the Year runner-up and South East regional winner.
With over 30 years’ experience as a veterinary surgeon, business owner and neurostrategist, he brings a unique blend of real-world leadership and behavioural insight to the stage.
Andy has spoken across multiple conference and leadership platforms, delivering engaging, thought-provoking sessions that challenge assumptions and inspire meaningful change. His work focuses on leadership, culture, and behavioural psychology, helping audiences think differently, lead more effectively, and create lasting impact.
