Michelle is known as The People Reader – a behaviour expert specialising in unleashing potential. As the creator of a suite of profiling tools, she speaks, consults and trains in values, motivation, communication, performance and collaboration. She works with organisations to help increase engagement, performance and results through empowering their people, alongside her family of Certified Practitioners.

Lynda Shaw

Lynda is Past President of the Professional Speaking Association UK&I, Hall of Fame PSAE, Fellow of PSA and is the founder of Brain & Behaviour Ltd., the Neuroscience Professional Development Programme and Brain and Behavior Mastery, designed to help professional people use applied neuroscience successfully in their work.
She is an experienced entrepreneur, having owned 3 businesses. She holds a doctorate in cognitive neuroscience, specialising in unconscious processing of emotion and behavioural change.

She is a genius translator and works with senior leaders and their teams in STEM industries to extract and communicate fabulous ideas. This enables better funding and investment opportunities, and spreading their genius to the outside world, something we badly need.

Pam Burrows

Helping teams stress less & perform better for over 30 years, Pam Burrows won a European Health and Safety award for reducing stress in the workplace.

A qualified Nursery Nurse, Social Worker & Master Practitioner in NLP, she blends a wealth of knowledge with practical techniques. Her interactive & energising talks empower wellbeing and positive behaviour change.

She is a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association & author of two books; Burnout Buster & The CARE Wellbeing Model

Simon Hazeldine

Simon Hazeldine works internationally as a keynote and conference speaker, sales transformation consultant and as a sales and negotiation trainer.
He has spoken in over thirty countries and his client list includes some of the world’s largest and most successful companies.
Simon has a master’s degree in psychology, is the bestselling author of eight books that have been endorsed by a host of business leaders including multi-billionaire business legend Michael Dell and is co-founder of the UK’s leading sales podcast “The Sales Chat Show”.

Richard Gerver

Richard is one of the world’s most influential experts on change and human leadership, helping client’s worldwide struggling with uncertainty and change caused by rapid and dramatic shifts in technological, economic, political, health and environmental developments. He has worked with iconic brands, organisations and individuals including Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Visa, and GSK, President Obama, The Dalai Lama, Steve Wozniak and Eric Schmidt.
