Join us for our mid-year event where we’ll be hosting our Regional heats of our annual Speaker Factor competition and giving you a deep-dive insight into what you can gain as a professional speaker.

The brilliant Andy Lopata, Julie Holmes and Simon Hazeldine will be joining us as judges for our Speaker Factor competition and will also be speaking on a panel to answer your questions about professional speaking.

We’re going to look at the different types of professional speaking from virtual to face-to-face, Keynote speaking to delivering workshops and training, podcasting, TEDxing and more.

We’re also going to look at the different business models you can explore as a professional speaker.

All our panelists have built impressive businesses where speaking plays a key part, we will dive into their specific experience and explore questions relating to:

Productising your keynotes to increase your fees and generate recurring revenue

Julie Holmes

Julie Holmes (PSA Fellow, PSAE, CSP) is a global speaker on AI, AI strategist, and a tech builder. She specialises in demystifying complex technology into clear, actionable strategies, helping speakers and leaders globally to upgrade their operations and deliver more impact with the help of AI.

She’s also a chronic over-thinker and over-content-er so brace yourselves for some candid, American over-sharing.

Simon Hazeldine

Simon Hazeldine works internationally as a keynote and conference speaker, sales transformation consultant and as a sales and negotiation trainer.
He has spoken in over thirty countries and his client list includes some of the world’s largest and most successful companies.
Simon has a master’s degree in psychology, is the bestselling author of eight books that have been endorsed by a host of business leaders including multi-billionaire business legend Michael Dell and is co-founder of the UK’s leading sales podcast “The Sales Chat Show”.

Andy Lopata

Andy Lopata is an internationally recognised authority on professional relationships, with more than 25 years of experience helping organisations and individuals unlock the commercial and cultural value of connection. The author of six books and host of The Connected Leadership Podcast, Andy is a regular contributor to Psychology Today and writes for Harvard Business Review, including co-authoring a chapter in The HBR Guide to Retaining Your Best People.

Andy was recently named in the prestigious Coaches50 list of highly influential executive coaches globally, by Thinkers50 and Coaching.com, as well as being shortlisted for the 2025 Thinkers50 Coaching and Mentoring Award, underlining his reputation as one of the leading voices shaping the future of leadership development around the world.

He has been a PSA member since 2003 and Fellow since 2011, and was awarded the PSAE Hall of Fame in 2017. He has also served on the PSA Board twice and was the first President of the PSA Fellows Community. He is also a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, as well as a Member of the Association of Business Mentors and the Society of Authors.
