A new year, a new Regional President, a new venue and a new theme for 2026!
Whether you are in the ‘speaking business’ or the ‘business of speaking’, our first event of 2026 will be packed with insight, learning, connections and fun! And of course, lots of opportunities to network, speak more and speak better!
Not one, but two keynotes on the theme of connecting with your clients through marketing. The first from our very own social media guru Mark Saxby. And the main event, all the way from the Emerald Isle, is Marketing Strategist and the PSA’s Marketing Director and PSA UK&I President elect for 2026-27 Denise Fay.
Connecting with clients is supplemented with a fun-packed session where we connect with each other; learning more about what we do and where our commonalities are. They are closer than you may think!
We’re also excited to be welcoming PSA UK & Ireland President Alastair Greener, who will be sharing a little bit about what we can expect from Impact! and Speaking Business Summit 2026.

Keynote speakers
The East Midlands Professional Speaker of the Year, Mark Saxby, is far more than ‘another social media expert’. A former award-winning BBC and ITV journalist, he went on to establish one of the UK’s first specialist social media agencies in 2011. Since then, Mark and his clients have generated more than £20.6 million in sales through social media.
Mark believes true success doesn’t come from simply knowing how the platforms work – it comes from knowing how to win over the people who use them.
He is also the founder of the Positive Social charity, which helps young people take back control of their lives from social media.
Denise Fay is a marketing mentor, speaker and author who helps coaches, consultants and service providers get more clients, more community members and more visibility.
In her role as Marketing Director, Denise uses marketing strategies and tactics to attract and retain more members to the PSA, build on the community across the regions and grow the visibility of the PSA.
When she’s not talking or writing about marketing, she’s often out running the roads of Co Louth, Ireland, training for her next marathon.
As a speaker specialising in Generational Communication, Alastair helps organisations understand and bridge the communication gap between generations.
He is the founder of Present Yourself, leading workshops on communication, and is also an experienced event
MC and moderator.
As President, Alastair oversees the PSA’s two annual conferences in 2026 (Impact and the Speaking Business Summit) and plays an active role on the PSA Board. He is PSA Fellow, former Regional President and Director of Regions, and his
mission for the year is to help us all Speak More and Speak Better through The Art of Connection.
