We’re closing out 2025 with a bang at PSA East Midlands!

Join us on Wednesday 3rd December for an evening that blends spontaneity, strategy, and goodbyes with good vibes as Katie Allen hands over the reins to our new Regional President, Malcolm Budd.

Here’s what’s in store:

Performance: A fabulous keynote workshop from our 2024 RP Rachael Edmondson-Clarke – Clear. Courageous. Paid. How to stay in your high-performance zone — on stage and in business

The speaking business is no joke, you’re the message, the marketer, and the manager. In this energising workshop, Rachael shares the tools to stay clear, courageous, and commercially sharp, even under pressure. You’ll leave with a proven framework and practical tools to manage your energy, mood, and performance with confidence.

And as always we will have a wonderful showcase speaker sharing their talk for feedback and support.

Here at East Mids we love to get as many people on the stage as possible and this month is no exception! It’s time for a little bit of festive fun and frivolity hosted by our very own Phil.

Passing the Mic: Katie Allen will be saying her fond goodbyes as she steps down as the 2025 Regional President and officially passing the reins to the brilliant Malcolm Budd for 2026. Be sure to come along and learn all the amazing things he has in store for the region next year!

Rachael Edmondson-Clarke

Rachael Edmondson-Clarke is a Leadership Performance Specialist, coach, and speaker with more than 20 years’ experience helping leaders and entrepreneurs perform, lead, and live at their best.

Informed by insights from neuroscience, evolutionary anthropology, and practical psychology, she blends science, soul, and strategy to create sustainable high performance.

Her work spans senior leaders and teams within global and growing organisations, helping people navigate pressure, pace, and change with clarity and courage.

A former Regional President of the PSA, Rachael is known for her grounded presence and her ability to stretch and support people in equal measure.
