Join us for the PSA Birmingham September meeting – an evening designed to help you grow your speaking business and connect with others in the industry.

We’re delighted to welcome Jackie Handy as our keynote speaker. Jackie will be sharing her keynote “Start with Hi – Cracking the Connection Code” where she will lift the lid on why connection in business isn’t just a nice-to-have, but the missing link to stronger collaboration, improved service delivery and better sales results.

Jackie Handy is a popular speaker, author and workforce culture specialist. She helps organisations build inclusive, connected and higher-performing teams, with increased performance and engagement.

With almost 30 years’ experience in executive recruitment, leadership development and inclusion strategy, Jackie combines professional expertise with personal narrative, inspiring behaviour change in high pressure businesses.

In 2023, Jackie solo-hiked the 800km Camino de Santiago, an experience that deepened her understanding of human connection, courage, resilience under pressure and blisters!

These insights, together with the latest research shape her engaging presentations, which have won her multiple awards across the PSA and Speaker Awards.
