About this event
Speaking more and speaking better comes from both the heart and the mind – and we have plenty to enhance both in March’s PSA Birmingham meeting.
Our meeting begins with refreshments and networking from 6.00pm, (though RP Phil Ingle will be there from about 5:45pm) with a prompt – and slightly earlier – 6.20pm start with our speakers.
We will begin with a showcase from Dave James, who we have got to know over our most recent meetings as a highly experienced and interesting coach – we can’t wait to see him speak!
Then we have our first keynote from Sobiya Jawaid.
Sobiya trained in the martial art of Kickboxing for almost a decade and is one of the first hijab wearing, British Muslim Black Belt kickboxers to have represented England at European level, where she won silver medal.
She helps leaders to be confident and create inclusion and belonging in the workplace so everyone thrives.
This Keynote takes your through the unique T.H.R.I.V. E Framework that will help you as a Leader to step into your full potential and create impact in your life and the life of those around you.
From this you will gain:
- Clarity of Values
- Improvement in Confidence
- Strengthen Resilience
- Importance of Inclusion
After a short break…
How valuable would it be for you to step out of those heavy feelings of self-doubt, smash that nasty imposter syndrome, or quiet that little voice that keeps you small and hiding…
…and instead start selling, marketing, and presenting yourself boldly, with a natural, beautiful confidence, and the inner knowing that you’re bringing your full self to the table?
The way to get there is simple…develop the proper mindset.
After all, with all that, wouldn’t you be a lot more successful…AND wouldn’t life be a lot more fun?
We’re bringing in R. Michael Anderson to teach you how to do just that.
He’s going to teach us the same mindset tools and techniques that companies like Microsoft, Uber, and Salesforce bring him to level up their own top executives.
And they are the same mindset techniques that he uses to put himself in a position to succeed.
You’ll learn:
- WHY we subconsciously hold ourselves back
- HOW we can recognize when we are doing it
- WHAT you can do to overcome it…each and every time!
This promises to be an incredible event that will add some real value to you and your speaking business, so get your tickets early to avoid missing out!
