About this event

We’ve got a packed event for you this December, to help finish 2025 in style!

Fiona Brennan-Scott – A Consensual KISS of Feedback

This talk allows the audience to think about Feedback – how to do it in the best possible way. If we put our audience first, put ourselves in the shoes of the speaker, what would we like to hear? How will that shape your message?

Using three models of feedback, Fiona will help to consensually KISS with your feedback, so that your recipient experience –
KINDNESS
INSIGHT
SAFETY, and
SUPPORT

Then you, as a speaker, will enhance your reputation for communication when you give feedback.

  • Think about Feedback – how to do it in the best possible way
  • Put our audience first, put ourselves in the shoes of the speaker
  • Understand three models of feedback and put one into practice
  • Enhance your reputation for communication

Jane Gunn – How to Manage Crises and Conflict in a Disruptive World (Interactive Keynote)

How do you keep your business on track, manage crises and stay relevant in a disruptive world?

As an expert in conflict resolution, Jane will share the framework, skills and mindset she uses to help her clients make decisions in challenging times.

As speakers we have to manage crises and conflicts that may impact us personally as well as our businesses and also think how we can share our own experiences and wisdom in a way that helps our clients in disruptive times.

Jane Gunn is an expert in conflict resolution known as “The Barefoot Mediator” and in this talk will share her own experience and wisdom as well as tips and tools.

Participants will use this knowledge to understand how to become resilient in a disruptive age:

  • How to be fearless and never give up despite difficulties
  • How to meet your own and others’ needs in times of crisis
  • How to stay on the right path and map your journey to success

• What can we, as individuals, do to understand and transform this conflict?
• Are we being woken up to a deeper meaning and message?
• How do we find harmony and balance in a crazy world?
