About this event

Join us this April and become part of our community, where innovation, collaboration, and the power of speech combine to help you become an extraordinary professional speaker.

1st Keynote – Patrick Mercie
Everybody has their own version of success in all different areas of their life. Every person’s true version of success is unique.

What we all have in common are the drivers we already have within us that will guide us to that success. Only, because of overexposure to external sources, we have become unaware of them.

In this interactive keynote, Patrick shares these 4 drivers and highlights with personal stories how he, and you, can use them to help you step up towards whatever success means to you in any area of your life.

2nd Keynote – PSA National President, Michelle Mills-Porter

Michelle brings her unique insights into collaboration, resilience, and transformation. In her empowering keynote, she shares her powerful journey, emphasising the importance of collaboration for long-term success at both personal and organisational levels.

Through her decades of leadership and experience as a tsunami survivor, Michelle embodies what it means to turn challenges into growth opportunities—highlighting the art of collaboration in overcoming adversity and achieving greater collective success.
