Keynote speakers
Alisa Grafton is a networking expert, professional speaker, workshop facilitator, coach and educator.
She has a special interest in networking across generations and building connections with Gen Z.
She is the author of the Business Book Awards 2023 Finalist titled Great Networking: The Art and Practice of Building Authentic Professional Relationships (released in 2022). Dr Ivan Misner, Founder of BNI and NY Times bestselling author called it “the book on 21st-century thinking behind professional relationships”.
Alisa is a foreign lawyer and a practising English Scrivener Notary based in London, UK. During her career spanning nearly 25 years, she held partnerships at the major London firms in their practice niche. She is currently running her speaking business alongside her legal consultancy work.
From September 2023, Alisa is the lead of the Notarial Practice Course Year 2 at UCL, and is responsible for the education of the new generation of notaries in England and Wales.
As a practitioner, she credits much of her professional success to the development of her networking skills earlier on in her career.
Michelle is known as The People Reader – a behaviour expert specialising in unleashing potential. As the creator of a suite of profiling tools, she speaks, consults and trains in values, motivation, communication, performance and collaboration. She works with organisations to help increase engagement, performance and results through empowering their people, alongside her family of Certified Practitioners.
George Anderson is a wellbeing and performance expert. A speaker, coach and writer, he works with individuals to help them take more action towards improving their physical and mental wellbeing, resilience and performance.
George’s 20 year career in the wellbeing industry combined with his experience and education in behavioural sciences such as positive psychology, mindfulness, NLP and neuroscience coaching, uniquely position him to help individuals make changes in their lives both practically and mentally.
George regularly challenges his own limits, and has completed two 24 hour 100 mile ultra marathons, an ironman triathlon and 10 consecutive marathons. He is the author of the Work In Progress journal and the host of the A Bit Of A Boost podcast.
