About this event

We can’t wait to share another packed event for you this month at PSA Staffordshire!

Paul Archer joins us for his Masterclass entitled How to Consistently Increase Your Revenue

Paul made a mindset change in the spring of 2013. Like you, he knew about the benefits of niching your speaking business but had merely played at it. He rid himself of the disease of working for anyone who paid a fee, but he hadn’t embraced niching properly. Until his epiphany in 2013.

Revenue climbed every year; he now works fewer hours compared to his early career, rarely travels and is recognised as an expert in his field within financial services. A thriving YouTube Channel, a learning management system generating over half of his revenue, nine published books, a membership of over 10,000 people and a corporate client list with regular business.

It’s been over ten years; Paul is ready to share his tips, strategies, mistakes, wins and bloopers to help you make the mindset change in 2025

Paul will share his insights on how you can:

  • Know their itch
  • Foster commitment
  • Let tech do the heavy lifting
  • Share competence everywhere
  • Guide clients along your sales process
  • Switch always on rapport

Key takeaways:

  1. The Power of Niching:
  2. Revenue Growth with Less Work
  3. Leveraging Technology
  4. Content and Reach
  5. Sales Process and Client Engagement
  6. Building Constant Rapport
  7. Insights for 2025 Mindset Shift

We will also have a showcase from Derek Brown, a book education slot, and 60 second speakers.

We also have a surprise keynote by our new National PSA UK&I President, Michelle Mills-Porter.

Look forward to seeing you this month!
