Do you know where you want to take your speaking career and have a plan that shows you what you need to do to get there?
Have you thought about speaking professionally, how much you want to be paid and what size stages you want to speak in front of? If you are serious about speaking and want a plan of action around how you can get to where you want to be then you are not going to want to miss our October event!
Our headline speaker is the brilliant David Hyner who doesn’t believe in SMART goals. He is going to deliver a fun, fast paced, challenging and interactive session that will give you the skills and confidence to set a MASSIVE goal for your speaking business this year. You will be creating your own plan so PLEASE have a pen and paper to hand and be prepared to get stuck in. Expect to leave this session with:
And also learn tips and insights around how David built his own speaking business.
After David’s talk we will have plenty of time for Speaker Masterminding so you can discuss your goals and plans with other members of the speaking community and support each other.
In ADDITION to these two interactive sessions we will also have a 15 minute session from Jonathan Stanger, Co Founder of Raise the Bar, who will talk to use about Speaker Agencies and what event organisers look for in a speaker. If working with a Speaker Agency or Bureau something you’ve considered or are considering this will be a very useful session.
Our showcase speaker this month will be delivering their 10 minute talk to the group for feedback. Delivering a showcase is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring and experienced speakers to practise, try new material and gain feedback from a group of peers. If you’d like to deliver a showcase at the East Midlands region please contact Charlie at [email protected] |
