Speaker Factor is a competition run by the PSA. The Board of Directors will set the rules of Speaker Factor.
Interviews for the Speaker Factor Coordinator role will take place on 25th March between 9am – midday. if this date isn’t suitable or convenient then please let us know and we will work on a time that can work.

The Role
This is a voluntary role and some of the key responsibilities include:
- This role will be the point of contact for the Regional Presidents for all Speaker Factor queries.
- The coordinator will advise the RP’s on finding suitable judges for the regional heats
- The coordinator will propose suitable judges for the semi-final and final
- This role will be a point of contact for entrants and potential entrants.
- The coordinator will MC the semi-final and the final at the National Convention.
- The coordinator will liaise as necessary with the Regional Director, the Membership Director and the Operations Manager as necessary.
- The coordinator will be the operational point of contact for the Speaker Factor sponsor (if any)
