Jackie Handy is a popular speaker, author and workforce culture specialist. She helps organisations build inclusive, connected and higher-performing teams, with increased performance and engagement.

With almost 30 years’ experience in executive recruitment, leadership development and inclusion strategy, Jackie combines professional expertise with personal narrative, inspiring behaviour change in high pressure businesses.

In 2023, Jackie solo-hiked the 800km Camino de Santiago, an experience that deepened her understanding of human connection, courage, resilience under pressure and blisters!

These insights, together with the latest research shape her engaging presentations, which have won her multiple awards across the PSA and Speaker Awards. A fellow of the PSA and described as a ‘master of taking the audience on a journey’, Jackie’s talks spark curiosity and unlock compassion.
