Resilience Redefined is the title of this dynamic gathering, which promises to empower our delegates with the tools and insights needed to conquer adversity, foster mental fortitude, and ultimately redefine resilience for success. Just what most of us need at this time of year!

Our October gathering promises to be yet another day packed with useful information that guarantees to inspire and uplift. You will most definitely gain insight and ideas to take away and apply to your mindset, your life and to your speaking business.
Our new, slightly later meeting time allows for plenty of networking and connection time before the official meeting begins.

Keynote Speaker: Tony Brooks
Talk: Survival Psychology – How Our Survival Instinct Can Hijack US In 5 Ways And How To Master Them

Our survival instinct is continually monitoring for threats, danger and weaknesses. In modern life, this is very often exaggerated, imagined and distorted. It also frequently turns inwards to expose areas where we don’t feel good enough personally.
Tony takes us on an exploration of the 5 ways this can happen – Impostor Syndrome, Ego, Defensive Mindset, Negative Self Talk and Tribal Behaviour – and how to work to master them.

Keynote Speaker: Sobiya Jawaid
Talk: How to T.H.R.I.V.E

This Keynote takes you through the unique T.H.R.I.V. E Framework that will help you as a Leader to step into your full potential and create an impact in your life and the lives of those around you. This talk explores some of the symptoms of a deteriorating relationship between your health and your working life or business and 3 ways to start to take back control.
Whether you have already been ill or injured, are managing a long-term health condition, or are worried about what might become of your income or business if something did happen to you then this talk will have value for you!

Showcase: Heather McLellan
Talk: 3 Ways to get your business and your life back on track after illness or injury

As always, in addition to the brilliance of the speaker line-up, our informal connection time before the meeting and the casual networking lunch afterwards are brilliant networking opportunities for all levels of speakers.

Just a stone’s throw from Leeds Station, a visit to the PSA Yorkshire region couldn’t be more fun, valuable or convenient on the 4th Saturday of every month.

Make sure to mark your calendars and join us for this inspiring event!
