This month at PSA Thames Valley we have an event to help you Stand Out with a Winning Mindset!
Caroline Cavanagh has been delivering a talk on Imposter Syndrome for a couple of years now. Every time, she loves hearing the different perceptions of what it is – and all those perceptions for that individual are their reality.
However we all create our own reality and therefore we can change how we feel about our Imposter.
Caroline will be talking to us as PSA members – and yes, many among us have stated that they often get up on stage and feel that they have no right to be there – and will be diving into what I.S. is and, more importantly, how you can address those thoughts of unworthiness to turn your Imposter into your Advocate.
Paul Archer made his mindset change in the spring of 2013. Like you, he knew about the benefits of niching your speaking business but had merely played at it. He rid himself of the disease of working for anyone who paid a fee, but he hadn’t embraced niching properly. Until his epiphany in 2013
Revenue climbed every year; he now works fewer hours than in his early career, rarely travels and is recognised as an expert in his field within financial services. A thriving YouTube Channel, a learning management system generating over half of his revenue, nine published books, a membership of over 10,000 people and a corporate client list with regular business.
