Based on his own unique experience of what customers love and what Event Organisers say that they want from their speakers, you will get a stack of practical tips and ideas to help you do more speaking with less effort.

Derek Williams is Founder of The WOW! Awards and receives over 50,000 customer nominations for exceptional service every year. He has been a Fellow of the PSA for 9 years. As well as building two successful businesses using his skills as a speaker, he is Chair of a leisure group with 2,500 employees.
