Would you like to learn how to make one mindset change in order increase your business revenue? Have you ever had a difficult conversation and you just didn’t know what to say or how to handle it? If so – then this event might be for you!

Our first speaker will be Paul Archer with his keynote Increase Your Speaking Revenue with One Mindset Change.

Paul made this mindset change in the spring of 2013. Like you, he knew about the benefits of niching your speaking business but had merely played at it. He rid himself of the disease of working for anyone who paid a fee, but he hadn’t embraced niching properly. Until his epiphany in 2013

Revenue climbed every year; he now works fewer hours than in his early career, rarely travels and is recognised as an expert in his field within financial services. A thriving YouTube Channel, a learning management system generating over half of his revenue, nine published books, a membership of over 10,000 people and a corporate client list with regular business.

It’s been ten years; Paul is ready to share his tips, strategies, mistakes, wins and bloopers to help you make the mindset change in 2023

Paul will share his insights on how you can:

  • Maximise the benefits of niching your marketing efforts, spend less on marketing and get more results
  • Determine and become known as an expert in your niche
  • Utilise more effective referral management techniques now that you are known in your niche
  • Spend more productive time on social to generate more business
  • Know who your paying clients are and how they buy expertise
  • Tighten up your business prospecting through your CRM, incubation and expertise sharing.
  • Be crystal clear about your “Buyer”, their challenges and needs
  • Know the value you bring and the impact this has on your “Buyers” business
  • Stop being like every other trainer and speaker
  • Command high fees consistently and eliminate low-fee “associate” income

Our second speaker will be Steve Catchick with his masterclass in dealing with difficult people and awkward conversations.

In every organisation there are always some difficult people or awkward conversations to deal with, whether they be customers, colleagues, or managers. In this short workshop we will look at a 6 step process for managing these difficult conversations, leading to improved collaboration, better relationships and reducing the possibility of conflict.

Key Takeaways:

  • Discover red rag words or phrases to avoid that cause dissent, anger and cause tension.
  • Learn the advantages and disadvantages of different behaviour patterns.
  • Discover how to develop rapport with others easily and quickly.

We also have a 20 minute showcase by Larissa Astara Gray – Pornography Truths and possible dangers

If you speak for a living (e.g. a professional speaker, trainer, presenter in the media) or aspire to do so, then this is the group for you! Also, if you regularly give professional presentations to help showcase or promote your business, this group could really benefit you.

Come for the amazing keynotes and stay for the food, drink, and awesome company of your fellow professional speakers.
