About this event
We have another exciting evening planned for speakers in the South West this June.
Firstly we have Steve Catchick with his talk The Secret Salesforce – How to win Sales through Service, which he will not only be delivering, but then deconstruct his talk to show everyone how he put it together.
The key takeaways from his talk will include:
- An understanding of the three archetypes present in every company, their behaviours, their mindsets and how it affects retention and sales.
- Discovering how you can unwittingly turn customers away potentially losing 50-70% of your revenue overnight.
- Find out what a dressing gown has to do with winning sales through service.
- Learn how to deconstruct a keynote
In today’s fast moving and competitive environment, there is little that stands out in the marketplace for long. New technology and services is soon caught up by competitors.
The one distinction is the customer experience, which is today’s competitive battlefield and over which you have total control. It is the difference that makes the difference and can make or break a relationship and either lose or retain a customer.
Service used to be considered the back door to sales but today it is the key to unlock sales.
In this talk Steve looks at the human inter-action and the mindset of individuals and leaders between the company and the customer. He shows how the right mindset and being customer focused, not process focused, whether a large company, a small business or a speaker, can drive engagement, reduce churn and win sales through service and how everyone in a company is in sales, in service and contributes to profit
We then have Kay Korsh with her keynote: How to use your outfit as a tool to connect to your audience
As a professional speaker, choosing the right outfit for your speaking engagement can be overwhelming and frustrating. You want to make a strong impression while balancing professionalism, individuality, and comfort.
As Stylist to Speakers, Kay will share 3 rules on how to align your look to your message, so you can use your outfit as one of the tools to be memorable and to make your message more digestible for the audience, so you can stand out and earn more bookings.
The key learnings you will take home with you will include:
- How to stick to your style and be yourself while being respectful to the audience
- How to use your outfit as a tool to get more bookings
- How to be memorable and not overdo it
In the South West we are getting a strong reputation for having fun and a wonderful positive vibe in the room that leaves everyone enthused and inspired. If you are involved in speaking to a group of people be that in a classroom, church, courtroom or boardroom you will find people who are you can connect with.
Either dip your toe in, or throw yourself fully in – we would love for you to join us!
