Rachel Morgan-Trimmer is one of the UK’s best-known neurodiversity experts. Called a “trailblazer”, she is passionate about making places more inclusive for people like her. After being diagnosed with ADHD and autism in her 40s, Rachel started Firebird, her neurodiversity consultancy, training workplaces in how to recruit, retain and develop neurodivergent staff. She is the author of the ground-breaking book “How to be autistic”, has won a prestigious Roses award, and is frequently quoted in the press. Rachel loves her job but when she’s not there, she swims (slowly), cooks (messily) and plays with her two children (and occasionally the cats).
