A warm welcome to PSA North West from our Regional President, James Perryman and the gang.

The PSA theme for 2023 is “Just One Thing” and we’ll continue to bring that to life to support your personal, professional and business growth!

This months’ agenda will give you the opportunity to hear two fantastic speakers, whose talks will inspire you to transform your business by writing and publishing the right book, and help you to create exceptional customer service and experience for your clients – as well as giving you time to relax, connect and network over some food and drink.

Location: The Village Hotel, 110 Centre Park Square, Warrington, WA1 1QA.

They say that every speaker needs a book and there are many speaker books out there that are little more than glorified business cards.

Our main speaker Sue Richardson is an independent publishing consultant and award-winning non-fiction publisher. She believes that the right book, well written, designed, published and distributed will lend you kudos, give you influence and help you make a difference to your world and the lives of others.

With her keynote talk “Your Legacy in Black and White: How to create the book to get you booked”, Sue shares how committing your passion and purpose to black and white in a book of quality, you will not only attract new opportunities – you’ll also be creating a legacy you can be truly proud of.

Sue will show you how to:

  • Craft your unique message that is aligned with your purpose and story
  • Build the business case for your book
  • Create the right book to get you more bookings

Also speaking on the night is Learning and Development training provider, Rick Warrier, who will be sharing his showcase talk “Customer Service…What does that even mean?”.
