Simon Raybould - Regional President - PSA North East

Simon Raybould started his career as a research scientist, using “very hard sums” to look at causes of childhood cancers. He had a 24 year career as a research scientist working with organisations as varied as The W.H.O., the Westminster governments (of various colours!) and the police. This training is one of the things that makes him special as a speaker – he rarely “does opinion”. Instead in draws on a wide research base to stick to what’s to been proven to be true.

Along side this he’s worked as a teacher, lighting designer for dance companies, author, speaker, playwright and professional actor.

He’s also a reasonably proficient fire-eater!

Andy Green is an award-winning international speaker, TEDx speaker and leadership strategist, PSA Emerging Speaker of the Year runner-up and South East regional winner.

With over 30 years’ experience as a veterinary surgeon, business owner and neurostrategist, he brings a unique blend of real-world leadership and behavioural insight to the stage.

Andy has spoken across multiple conference and leadership platforms, delivering engaging, thought-provoking sessions that challenge assumptions and inspire meaningful change. His work focuses on leadership, culture, and behavioural psychology, helping audiences think differently, lead more effectively, and create lasting impact.
