Antoinette Dale-Henderson – From fear to bravery: Why inclusion is everyone’s business

The theme of International Women’s Day this year is #inspireinclusion, with the UN focusing on the importance of investing in women.

This talk will explore what inclusion means in 2024, from the perspective of people of all genders, highlighting that there is still much to be done to create an equitable world.

Drawing on research, insights and stories from her book, Power Up, Antoinette will share her BRAVE model for inclusion, with the main message being that we all have a part to play in creating a diverse, fair and equitable environment where we all feel like we belong.

The antidote to fear is bravery. To inspire inclusion, we need to be brave for ourselves and for others. This is how…

To wrap, inclusion is everyone’s responsibility. Let’s celebrate the small steps and together, we’ll make huge strides towards a truly inclusive world.
