About this event

Some things you only learn from time on stage and the people in this room, and this month PSA London have plenty of it!

This is a day for speakers who take their craft seriously. Whether you’re still finding your feet or you’ve clocked up hundreds of stages, we can all always find something to sharpen, rethink, or see differently.

This month we have the privilege of Alan Stevens, Past President of both the PSA and the Global Speakers Federation, delivering a masterclass filled with over 50 years of on-stage experience. He’ll share what makes a great keynote work, and what most speakers get wrong.

We will also be joined by Caroline Flanagan for her keynote – YOUR SPEAKER IDENTITY: The Hidden Secret Behind a Thriving Speaking BusinessYou’ve got the expertise. You’ve got the stories. You’ve studied the tactics and put in the hours. So why do some speakers keep getting booked — and others keep getting forgotten?

The answer isn’t in your slides. It’s not in your delivery. It’s in how you see yourself.

In this talk, Caroline Flanagan — international keynote speaker trusted by organisations including Google, Deloitte, Allen & Overy and Morgan Stanley — reveals the single most powerful factor behind her speaker success: Speaker Identity.

How you think about yourself as a speaker shapes everything. From the moment you start preparing a talk to the way you walk off stage and follow up afterwards, your internal narrative is either working for you or against you. When your sense of who you are on stage doesn’t align with the message you want to deliver, no amount of skill or polish will save you from being forgettable.

Caroline shares the mindset shift that transformed her speaking career, the thinking behind her repeat bookings, and why companies go out of their way to find budget for her talks — again and again.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your speaking business to the next level, this talk will change the way you think about what it means to be a speaker.

PSA London – Come for the keynotes, stay for the conversations, some of the best learning happens in the room, not just from the platform!

He set up and ran a social network, Which? Online, in 1996, which included online social networking features, years before Facebook.
