Sue Richardson

Sue Richardson is an award-winning non-fiction publisher, creator of the pocket-sized business book series, The Authority Guides and founder and publishing director of The Right Book Company. Sue’s strategic approach to book publishing empowers her authors to build credibility, profile, visibility and respect both as individuals and as brands. For business speakers who create a book, doors open wider, their platform expands and their light shines more brightly than they could ever have dreamed. As a speaker, Sue has spent the last 20 years sharing her knowledge with the business community and beyond. She is a Fellow of the PSA.

Michelle Mills-Porter - FPSA – National President Elect

Michelle is known as The People Reader – a behaviour expert specialising in unleashing potential. As the creator of a suite of profiling tools, she speaks, consults and trains in values, motivation, communication, performance and collaboration. She works with organisations to help increase engagement, performance and results through empowering their people, alongside her family of Certified Practitioners.

As Membership Director, Michelle sees herself as being in service to, and representing the voice of the members. She celebrates being able bring an alternative perspective to the board. Fairness is of paramount importance to her, which isn’t far in front of having fun, as anyone who has been to one of her New Members Days will attest to.

Julie Holmes

Introducing Julie Holmes, Fellow PSAUKI – an award-winning speaker, seasoned entrepreneur, and innovative inventor known for crafting products adored by thousands across more than 60 countries. Her creative flair has led to products like SpeakerFlow CRM and Hey Mic! (a pioneering wireless Bluetooth microphone), as well as dozens of digital products. Together, these have driven hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue, propelling her business and expanding her network exponentially.

With her unique blend of wit, wisdom, and an undying passion for entrepreneurship, Julie is a force to be reckoned with in the business world. And let’s not forget her piano-playing, trick-trained dogs that add a dash of furry charm!

Simon Hazeldine

Simon Hazeldine works internationally as a keynote and conference speaker, sales transformation consultant and as a sales and negotiation trainer.
He has spoken in over thirty countries and his client list includes some of the world’s largest and most successful companies.
Simon has a master’s degree in psychology, is the bestselling author of eight books that have been endorsed by a host of business leaders including multi-billionaire business legend Michael Dell and is co-founder of the UK’s leading sales podcast “The Sales Chat Show”.

Andy Lopata

Andy Lopata PSAE is known for his expertise in building professional relationships. He has written six books on networking and professional relationships, with his sixth book, ‘The Financial Times Guide to Mentoring’ published in Spring 2024. He writes a regular blog for Psychology Today and has often been quoted in the media, including The Sunday Times, The Financial Times and Inc. In fact, the FT called Andy ‘one of Europe’s leading business networking strategists’ and both Forbes.com and The Independent called him ‘a true master of networking’.
