About this event

Here at the PSA East Midlands we have another special event planned for you which will really help you level-up your speaking skills as well as your speaking business.

Our events are aimed at Speakers, Trainers, Facilitators, MC’s and people that want to speak more professionally.

Our first speaker of the evening is our National President, Nathan Littleton who will be speaking to us about “Just One Thing…”

As National President, Nathan’s theme for the PSA this year is ‘Just One Thing,’ and he’s here to spread the word that 2023 could just be your best year yet! It’s a simple way to grow your speaking business by cutting out the noise and focussing on what will make the biggest impact in your business right now.

In this session, we’ll uncover the lessons he’s learnt from 13 years as a speaker and how the power of focussing on ‘just one thing’ will help you to take action, make an impact and catapult your speaking business to new heights.

You’ll leave this session knowing:

  • The secrets of using ‘just one thing’ to take your speaking business to the next level
  • The 5 things he wished he’d known when I started as a speaker
  • A sneak peek at what you can expect from this year’s unmissable PSA conferences

Our second speaker is the wonderful Susan Heaton-Wright who will be delivering a masterclass on How to be a Superstar Communicator

In this session, Susan will be sharing her award-winning Superstar Communicator methodology so that you will never be ignored, interrupted, underestimated or undervalued again.

Expect to leave the session knowing:

  • How building trust with your bookers is essential and how you can do this
  • Preparation and what you need to be successful when you are speaking
  • How to use speaking as part of your business model
  • How to set targets for your speaking business – including aiming to become a fellow of the PSA

Showcase Speaker:

Our showcase speaker is Lise Kaye-Bell who will be delivering a 10 minute talk for feedback from the group entitled: “Not another old lady with a PowerPoint- engaging the Tiktok generation”.
