About this event

How valuable would it be for you to market, sell, and present without EVER feeling like an imposter, doubting yourself, or…

The way to get there is simple…develop the proper mindset.

After all, with that true belief in yourself, radiating that inner confidence, and constantly stretching yourself out of your comfort zone, wouldn’t you be a lot more successful…AND wouldn’t life be a lot more fun?

We’re bringing in R. Michael Anderson to teach you just that!

Michael has founded, scaled, and sold three international software companies, has two advanced degrees (including a unique Masters in Spiritual Psychology), has been a CFO of an International Medical Corporation by the time he was 25, played semi-professional basketball (which will be clear when you see him…), AND was security for (then) Prince Charles.

HOWEVER he’s done all that by overcoming his own journey of depression, substance abuse, divorce, lawsuits, assault, and more.

He’s going to teach us the same mindset tools and techniques that he teaches leaders at Microsoft, Uber, Salesforce, and more.

And they are the same mindset techniques that he uses to put himself in a position to succeed.

In this brilliant session you’ll learn:

  • WHY we subconsciously hold ourselves back
  • HOW we can recognize when we are doing it
  • WHAT you can do to overcome it…each and every time!

Join us for a fun, valuable, and exciting interactive presentation with Michael.

Our second keynote speaker of the evening is the wonderful Stephen Witton who will be delivering a session called: Stand Well Back meets Fences and Fairy Cakes! How finding your purpose means embracing both masculine and feminine energies

As we begin a new year in a world that’s more unstable and uncertain than ever, many people will be questioning or wondering about their “purpose”.

Told through the story of one man’s journey from childhood, to teenager and young adult superhero to complete failure (and back again) this session will encourage participants to awaken their inner child and identify their ‘purpose’.

Featuring special guest – Stevie!

In this session, you’ll takeaway:

  • How to tap into your inner child to release fun hormones and open up your mind to possibilities.
  • How to identify your masculine and feminine traits and use them to enhance your world.
  • How to identify your ‘purpose’ in 5 easy steps.

Our showcase speaker of the meeting is Simon Raybould who will be sharing a brand new talk entitled: Why storytelling is stupid

In this new talk, Simon’s goal is for you to understand why storytelling doesn’t work and what to do instead!

We can’t wait to welcome you on 1st March – See you there!

R. Michael Anderson

R. Michael Anderson, MBA, MA has a striking combination that creates truly impactful transformation in leaders – he has the real-life business success of founding, scaling and exiting three software companies, plus the educational background of a Masters Degree in Psychology.

This combination gives him the unique ability to connect to other leaders as a peer, then teaches evidence-based leadership skills that genuinely drive behaviour and performance.

It’s the reason that Stanford University brings him into work with their start-up ecosystem, PwC has him work with their high growth CEO’s, and companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, and Uber bring him to level up their managers and executives.

Michael shares how his Californian companies landed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing US companies, created a culture so strong that they won the #1 Best Place to work, and Michael himself was honoured as the Social Entrepreneur of the year. In 2005 he held the office of President of the Board of Directors for a chapter of Conscious Capitalism, an international organisation dedicated to elevating humanity through business.

With his background in psychology and neuroscience, he transforms managers into true leaders with high-performing teams in high-growth companies. He’s written two best-selling business leadership books, contributes to Entrepreneur.com, and is a former radio-show host.
