- Q&A with Yvonne Jones, global head of digital learning, and Emma Stewart, talent & leadership development practitioner, both from Deutsche Bank. They’ll share their key themes and selection procedure for appointing speakers and facilitators, and how to stand out from the crowd.
- Facilitated session about acquiring, reactivating and retaining clients, so we can compile a list of best practice in these areas.
- We’ll also celebrate our new Fellows, get an update about Fellows’ fees from William Buist, and explore how we can support each other during 2024.
