Our morning session is with Andy Lopata, exploring How to Get Referrals.
After lunch, we have three half hour sessions, starting with Julie Holmes: Have you ever wondered what a “healthy” CRM looks like for professional speakers? It’s time for check-up! Our (tech) doctor of CRM will use SpeakerFlow CRM as a case study, to explain the value and unique demands that speakers should have when it comes to this essential bit of kit. We’ll cover concepts such as tracking your audience members, speaker bureaus, and referral sources; and Julie will share her secret remedy for driving more business using surveys and her CRM. Expect a fun, informative session that promises no painful side effects or sales pitches!
Simon Hazeldine will be exploring sales for speakers, and the 5 factors that contribute to sales success (or failure) with tools, techniques and tactics to take-away.
And our panel discussion is on ChatGTP – explaining and de-constructing the best use cases/prompts that Fellows might find useful.
