About this event
As speakers, we’re experts at influencing others — but real success comes from mastering both what happens on stage and how we sustain ourselves behind the scenes.
Join us on Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 5.30pm for this powerful PSA Staffordshire event bringing together two outstanding keynote sessions designed specifically for professional speakers who want greater impact, confidence, and longevity in their careers.
In the first session, David Hyner — motivational speaker, researcher, and FPSA — unpacks The Hyner Keynote…, focusing on the all-important first 20 minutes of any talk. Drawing on over 25 years of research and experience delivering to more than 1.3 million delegates, David shares how to build instant rapport, command attention, and manage an audience through gesture, body language, and presence. Expect practical techniques, memorable frameworks, and a delivery style that’s fun, challenging, and highly interactive.
Then, Gary Parsons, co-founder of a multi-award-winning, 7-figure business operating across the UK and Asia, shifts the focus inward. In this energising and thought-provoking session, Gary introduces his Selfish Leadership™ philosophy and the SELF Framework™ — a simple, powerful approach to setting boundaries, elevating wellbeing, leading with intention, and fostering sustainable growth. A timely reminder that protecting your energy isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
Together, these sessions offer an inside-out approach to professional speaking:
- Command the room
- Elevate your presence
- Protect your energy
- Build sustainable success
If you speak for a living — or aspire to — this is a session not to be missed.
