About this event
October is a time when speakers must evolve in this ever-changing and fast-paced world. This online event explores adaptability, new technology, shifting audiences, fresh formats, and how to stay cutting-edge.Join us online for a powerful morning of connection and engagement.
We will welcome Liz Harwick with a keynote: “Work Smarter, Not Harder: Productivity Systems and Apps to Streamline Your Business”.
In this intuitive and energising session with Liz Hardwick, we’ll explore time-saving productivity systems and smart digital tools that help you harness the power of your personal productivity, as well as automate routine tasks and simplify your day-to-day operations, so you can spend more time on the work that matters most.
Followed by
Fiona Brennan-Scott with a keynote: “A Consensual KISS of Feedback”.
Think about feedback – how to do it in the best possible way. If we put our audience first, put ourselves in the shoes of the speaker, what would we like to hear? How will that shape your message? Using three models of feedback, Fiona will help to consensually KISS with your feedback, so that your recipient experience –
KINDNESS
INSIGHT
SAFETY, and
SUPPORT
Then you, as a speaker, will enhance your reputation for communication when you give feedback.
Who should attend?:
