About this event

As a professional speaker, you know how important confidence and clarity are, but when audiences are increasingly hybrid, distracted, and discerning, how do you stay relevant, real, and resonant with your audience?

Join us for an evening focused on sharpening your skills both on-screen and from within. You’ll hear from two expert keynote speakers who will help you improve your engagement, deepen connection, and deliver with authenticity—whether online or in person.

Our first speakers is Julie French
The Real You, Reclaimed: Step into Your Power, One Shift at a Time

Even the most seasoned speakers can find themselves held back by inner doubts, burnout, or a disconnection from their core message. In this keynote, Julie French helps you peel back the noise and re-align with the authentic, grounded version of yourself that audiences truly connect with.

With over two decades of experience coaching leaders and trainers around the world, Julie brings a deep understanding of the inner work that supports outer performance.

This session will help you:

  • Move past internal blocks that impact your confidence and flow
  • Reconnect with your authentic self to show up with more presence and power
  • Reframe your mindset to better support sustainable, aligned success as a speaker

Our second speakers are Rob Geraghty & Andrea White from Presenting Virtually with their keynote: From Monologue to Conversation: Make Your Virtual Presentations Unmissable

Virtual delivery is now an essential part of every speaker’s toolkit—but it’s not enough to simply “present well” on Zoom. In this hands-on, high-impact workshop, Rob Geraghty and Andrea White show how to move beyond slide decks and create real interaction, presence, and engagement in virtual spaces.

You’ll see live examples of co-presenting dynamics and walk away with practical methods you can immediately apply to your own online keynotes, trainings, and webinars.

You will learn how to:

  • Turn virtual delivery into a two-way experience that keeps attention and adds value
  • Navigate common engagement pitfalls like silence, low energy, or drop-off
  • Use co-presenting and dialogue techniques to boost energy and audience connection

This event is ideal for professional speakers who want to:

  • Deepen the authenticity behind their presence
  • Increase interactivity and impact in virtual sessions
  • Reconnect with their message, purpose, and audience in a meaningful way

Whether you’re delivering on stage or online, this event will sharpen both your performance and your presence.
