It was first awarded to Beverly Babb, CAE, for her unwavering dedication to advancing the Global Speakers Federation. This esteemed award is a testament to the service of individuals who have significantly contributed to the foundational growth of the GSF and/or the member associations.

This award is not given to those who seek recognition or reward but to those who, often behind the scenes, significantly contribute to the organisation’s growth, strength, and substance. Sara Beth’s impact on the GSF is truly remarkable.
