David Abbott

David is an international speaker, helping audiences to discover simple ways to improve their pricing.

After studying Engineering Science and Economics at Oxford he worked in marketing and business management. He ran a £56m mail order company where pricing is crucial, and has held senior marketing roles in a wide variety of industries. He currently helps clients develop and execute marketing strategies that help them to out-compete their competition.

He applies psychology research into consumer behaviour to business and marketing. He illustrates everything with real examples of marketing in action.

Becky Valentine

Becky is a multi-award-winning and experienced Sustainability and Building Health Consultant, and co-owner of Nottingham-based Spenbeck.  Through auditing, policy writing and training Becky supports the business, education and cultural sectors nationwide in maximising their sustainability, ESG and Net Zero efforts.  She has particular commercial expertise in decarbonising heritage and listed buildings, is a certified Carbon Literacy Trainer and is the Environmental Board Champion at Nottingham Playhouse. Becky is highly sought after for keynote speeches, expert panellists, feature articles and podcasts and is passionate about simplifying the overwhelm to empower, inspire and motivate.

Mel Sherwood

Mel Sherwood is a Pitch and Presentation Specialist, Author of ‘The Authority Guide to Pitching Your Business’ and Founder of The RED Effect™. She works with business leaders, teams and individuals who want to increase their impact and influence by communicating with confidence, credibility and charisma. An Australian now based in Scotland, Mel is an award-winning speaker, trainer and coach and combines over 25 years’ experience in business with a background as an actor, presenter and singer.
