Steve Judge – Good To Gold
Steve will share the five winning ways for you to unlock the power of your potential and achieve your GOLD. He’ll do this by sharing his journey that took him from wheelchair to world champion and beyond in his speaking business.
His keynote will finish with a micro workshop where everyone will complete the number one activity that all high achievers do. This will empower all attendees to achieve at the highest speaker level that they dream of.

Alastair Greener – Mastering MCing
Keynote speakers and trainers are often asked if they can MC the event they are speaking at. This session will give you the essential tools that every MC needs to add value to an event and make it run seamlessly. You’ll find out about the preparation you need to do when MCing as well as writing introductions, linking speakers and how to keep an event to time. You’ll get lots of practical tips on dealing with speakers and clients, audience involvement, panel sessions and what to do when it all goes wrong.

- Feel more confident in the role of an MC at any event
- Learn how being a great MC can add value to your business offering
- Understand the essential skills needed to be an effective MC

Keynote speakers
At the age of 28, a devastating car accident left Steve Judge fighting to stay alive and following life saving operations was subsequently told that he may never walk again. With life saving operations, treatment and care from the NHS he was able to progress forward.
Not leaning on his excuses he set goals, turning his excuses into challenges he eventually learned to stand and walk again. Steve continued his journey which took him to world champion in the sport of paratriathlon.
Now as a professional speaker author and coach, Steve shares his story to empower people to go confidently on their journey in the direction of their dreams, their GOLD.
Having originally trained in the hospitality industry, Alastair has over 30 years of experience presenting on television and on stage. For the last decade, he’s been a communications expert and now specialises in generational communication. With his company Present Yourself, he also helps individuals and organisations communicate more effectively. He’s a fellow of the PSA and serves on the PSA board as Director of Regions.
