About this event

In our last session of 2024 we are bringing in the Force of the North!! Two fantastic speakers who are journeying the length of the country to share their wisdom with us.
This is a rare occurrence to listen to these speakers ‘Down South’ so come along for a great meeting to end the year.

Keynote: Be you. Not them. Be here. Not when.
– With James Perryman

In the pursuit of happiness and success, it can become normal to pin all of your hopes and dreams to a destination.

A destination where your goals are met, life is balanced and where you have reached “happy”.

A moment where your version of ‘high performance’ is a reality.

Or is it someone else’s destination that you’re trying to reach?

What if your happiness and success could be related to your ‘here and now’, where the destination happens as a result of who you are, what you are and everything you know and can offer?

Are you ready for your moment?

Key takeaways include:

  • Seeing how achieving your future goals comes from believing in yourself and the actions you take today.
  • How everything you’ve learnt, experienced and done in the past, is what makes the present you
  • How ‘High performance’ should be a way of living in the present, more than a measure of the future

Keynote: Be a Star of the Small Screen – How to film yourself on your phone so you don’t look or sound like an idiot
– With Penny Haslam

Do you happily whip out your camera at events and record a short video for ‘your socials’? Or does the idea of doing that fill you with dread? Perhaps you are having a go, but want to make more of them, to maximise business opportunities.

In December’s meeting, we’re going to become stars of the small screen, with the help of former TV business presenter Penny Haslam.

In this fun and interactive session, Penny will share:

  • Techniques the TV professionals use, to have more confidence in how you come across on screen
  • How to create content that’s engaging and helps your target customers with useful stuff.
  • Ways to capture client and audience testimonials that will prove you’re a pro, and highly bookable.

And a big part of all of our meetings is the people that are there. Many of our speakers comment on what a fantastic vibe we have in the room and what positive energy we create. And that makes for a fantastic evening of learning, growing and developing ourselves and our speaking business.

If you want to be part of that environment, we’d love to welcome you!
