About this event

Speaking well is not just about having great content. It is about managing the thoughts, emotions and confidence that sit behind the delivery.

This PSA Scotland West event focuses on the mindset and confidence required to speak with clarity, authority and impact. Many speakers struggle with nerves, self doubt or the pressure to perform. This session will explore practical ways to manage those challenges and step onto a stage feeling prepared and in control.

The evening will feature a keynote and a practical training session designed to support both aspiring speakers and experienced professionals who want to strengthen their presence and influence.

Our keynote speaker, Bayile Adeoti, will share insights on storytelling, confidence and how powerful communication can open doors to paid speaking opportunities.

Our trainer, Randy Ekakitie, will deliver a practical session designed to help speakers strengthen their confidence, presence and influence when communicating with an audience.

This event is ideal for:

  • Professional speakers looking to strengthen their mindset and delivery
  • Business owners who use speaking to grow their business
  • Leaders who want to communicate with greater clarity and confidence
  • Anyone interested in developing their speaking skills and stage presence

Attendees will leave with practical insights into managing nerves, communicating their story effectively and building the confidence needed to deliver a message that connects with an audience.
