Our National President – Michelle Mills-Porter – is coming up to see us!
In her President’s Address, Michelle will revisit the theme launched at the Speaking Business Summit 2024 and share stories of collaboration in action.
Michelle will go through her guidelines for successful collaboration and you’ll take part in a live exercise designed to spark reciprocation and start the collaboration process going so that we are not just co-operating, but creating something greater than the sum of our parts.

and then Alastair Greener!
Alastair’s an absolute expert, having been around long enough to have seen it all. In this session he’ll be exploring with us “Why doesn’t my audience understand me?”.
From Baby Boomers to Gen-Z, the way our audiences react when we speak, train, or coach is directly related to the way we communicate. Our audiences and clients won’t engage with us or our content if they don’t connect with our language and style.
In this masterclass Alastair will guide us through the different generations we could have in our audiences, as well as the best ways to engage them, whether it’s in a training session, workshop, or keynote speech.
Importantly, he’ll also show us how to adapt these skills to get more business by creating stronger connections with new and existing clients!

Keynote speakers
Michelle is known as The People Reader – a behaviour expert specialising in unleashing potential. As the creator of a suite of profiling tools, she speaks, consults and trains in values, motivation, communication, performance and collaboration. She works with organisations to help increase engagement, performance and results through empowering their people, alongside her family of Certified Practitioners.
As National Vice President, Alastair is part of the conference team putting together the two national conferences (Impact and the Speaking Business Summit), as well as supporting the current National President. He will take over from Michelle Mills-Porter as National President in October 2025
Having spent 16 years in the travel industry, Alastair loves to be on the move and still delivers lectures on board the ships on which he once worked.
