Charlie Hart: Neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ – The ‘Double Rainbow’ Intersection
Discover the often-overlooked links between neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ identities. In this powerful keynote, Charlie Hart, HR analytics expert, neurodiversity speaker, and social media influencer known as “Ausome Charlie”, unpacks why understanding intersecting identities matters now more than ever.

Yep! He’s heading our way, and we wouldn’t be more thrilled! Lee Jackson brings his trademark humour, energy, and honest wisdom to our PSA East Midlands stage. In this fast-paced session, Lee, award-winning speaker, past PSA President, and creator of Get Good®, shares the best of what he’s learned in over 25 years on stage.

You’ll walk away with:

• Quick-fire tips on delivery, resilience, and business growth
• A fresh perspective on enjoying your PSA journey
• Practical advice you can implement straight away for instant value!

Whether you’re just starting or well into your professional speaking journey, Lee’s session will leave you fired up and better equipped to Get Good® at life and work.

And, for our members only, this month we will also have the option to participate in a Showcase Bonanza ahead of the main event!

You will already be familiar with the classic PSA Showcase format… 10 minutes to deliver a mini showcase, workshops, or excerpt of your choosing, followed by feedback from the incredible professional speakers in the room… Well this is a super charged version of that!

We will schedule as many speakers as we can in 90 minutes to give more of you than ever the chance to take to our stage for a valuable 10** minutes and gain insight, support, and advice from the room.

**Please note that for the smooth running of this event we will only be offering spaces for 10 minute talks, regardless of your membership level.

Plus…. (yes it gets better!) Simply for showing up to support our showcasers during this exciting (and experimental) event, all attendees will get the choice to boost their entry into the main event “Robin Hood Randomiser”!

What’s that I hear you cry… The Robin hood Randomiser is a quick fire 1 min talk time for any person who is drawn out of Robin Hood’s hat! That’s 1 minute in front of the whole main event audience to showcase anything you want. Promote your talks, your events, an upcoming book or TEDx talk, podcasts, or simply just use the opportunity to share a little bit more about yourself. The floor is literally yours!

And the bonus – well attendees supporting the Showcase Bonanza will have the choice to boost their entry by either doubling their name in the hat (more likelihood of being picked – but you can only speak once) or doubling their stage time to 2 minutes. The choice will be theirs!
